What it costs

What is in each tablet
The label is published on the seller’s references page. Each tablet contains four kinds of bacteria and a prebiotic fiber:
The blend holds 3.5 billion live bacteria at manufacture, not necessarily when you take it, and the label does not say how many of each kind. The other ingredients are tricalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, natural strawberry flavor and peppermint essential oil. Malic acid, which the sales page credits for whiter teeth, is not on the label.

What the research shows, at a glance
ProDentim itself has never been tested in a published trial, so these ratings are for oral probiotics in general, from the reviews and trials summarized in our full review:
A probiotic is at most an addition to brushing with fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between your teeth and seeing a dentist. It will not fill a cavity, remove tartar or make gums grow back.
Which package makes sense?
At one tablet a day, the packages work out to about $2.80, $2.30 and $1.63 a day, shipping included. The label also allows two a day, which doubles that to $5.60, $4.60 and $3.27. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. US orders take 5 to 7 working days; shipping to Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand costs $15.95 and takes 10 to 15 working days, according to the seller’s shipping page.
The “savings” on the order page are measured against crossed-out totals of $358, $537 and $1,074 that nobody actually pays. The order page also pushes the six-bottle option and says 97% of customers choose it. Whether that suits you depends on one rule in the refund policy: you have 60 days from delivery, and a refund needs every bottle sent back, opened or not, at your own postage.
- Two bottles ($167.99 with shipping) cover the 60-day window exactly. It is the cheapest way to find out whether ProDentim does anything for you, and the least to lose if you miss the deadline.
- Three bottles ($207) cost $39 more than two with shipping and add a month. They make sense if you already know you would take it for at least three months.
- Six bottles ($294) give the lowest price per day, but the refund window still closes 60 days after delivery, when about four of the six bottles are still unopened. If you decide after that point that it is not helping, nothing comes back.
The seller’s own refund page advises using the product for at least three months before deciding, a month longer than the refund window. Our suggestion is to start with two bottles, decide within the window, and reorder only if it is clearly helping.
How to take it
The label and the sales page do not quite agree. The label says to let the tablet dissolve completely in your mouth, ideally after brushing or using mouthwash; the sales page FAQ says to chew one slowly every morning. The label’s way makes more sense: an oral probiotic is meant to stay in contact with your teeth, gums and tongue, which is why many of the oral probiotics tested in trials were lozenges. The label gives no time of day.
- How many: one a day makes a bottle last a month. Two a day doubles the cost, and nothing shows that two work better than one for this product.
- Keep your routine: keep brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and cleaning between your teeth. The sales page calls common toothpastes “toxic”, but fluoride toothpaste is the best-tested way to prevent tooth decay, with a Cochrane review of 96 studies behind it.
- Storage matters because live bacteria lose strength with heat and moisture.
- Check first: the label asks anyone who is pregnant, nursing, taking medicines or living with a medical condition to ask a healthcare provider before using it.
A simple plan for the 60-day trial
- Write down the delivery date. The seller says it emails a tracking link within 60 hours of the order, and the carrier’s tracking page shows the delivery date.
- Keep the paperwork and the bottles. Save the confirmation email (it comes from noreply@clickbank.com) with your order number, keep the packing slip, and keep the empty bottles. A refund needs every bottle and the packing slip.
- Note where you are starting from. Decide what you hope will change. If it is your breath, ask someone you trust how it is at a set time of day, or note how often you notice it yourself. If your gums bleed when you brush, note how often, and if they bleed regularly, see a dentist before you start anything new.
- Change one thing at a time. Keep the rest of your routine the same. If you start ProDentim, a new toothpaste and tongue cleaning in the same week, you will not know which one helped.
- Check at four weeks. In the bad-breath trials of oral probiotics, most of the improvement showed up within the first four weeks. If nothing has changed by then, the research gives little reason to expect a late effect.
- Decide by about day 45. That leaves time to post the bottles back to the seller’s returns address in Ohio before day 60, which matters most if you live outside the US.
- If you want your money back, email the seller’s support address with “Refund Request” in the subject line, then send every bottle with the packing slip and a note giving your name, email and order number to the returns address on the seller’s refund page. Keep proof of postage. The seller says refunds take 5 to 10 days to show on your statement. If you get no reply, ClickBank’s order support at clkbank.com can help.
If bad breath is your main concern
Bad breath is where oral probiotics have their best, if modest, evidence: a 2022 meta-analysis of seven trials found lower breath-odor scores than with placebo, mostly within the first four weeks. Most bad breath starts in the mouth, from bacteria on the back of the tongue and around the gums, so the basics come first:
- Clean your tongue once a day with a tongue scraper or your toothbrush, from back to front. It matters for probiotics too: in a 2020 trial, S. salivarius K12 tablets did no better than placebo in people whose tongue coating was left in place.
- Clean between your teeth with floss or interdental brushes. Food and plaque trapped there are a common source of odor.
- Keep your mouth from drying out. Morning breath is normal because saliva flow drops overnight. Drink water through the day, and ask a pharmacist whether any of your medicines cause a dry mouth.
- Look at the usual suspects: smoking, strong foods such as garlic and onion, and long gaps without eating.
If your breath still smells after a few weeks of this, see a dentist. Bad breath that does not go away can be a sign of gum disease, and occasionally of a problem in the nose, throat or stomach that a doctor should look at.
If your mouth is otherwise healthy and you want to add a probiotic, ProDentim does contain S. salivarius, the species behind the best-studied breath probiotic, but it does not say which strain, so you cannot tell whether it is K12. Our bad breath guide explains the causes in more detail.
If your gums or teeth are the problem
Gums that bleed when you brush or floss, red or swollen gums, gums pulling back from the teeth, a loose tooth or a bad taste that will not go away are signs of gum disease. The early stage, gingivitis, usually clears with better brushing, cleaning between the teeth and a professional clean. The later stage, periodontitis, damages the bone that holds the teeth and needs treatment from a dentist.
Get urgent help if your face or jaw swells, or if you have a fever with tooth pain.
Where do probiotics fit? In trials they helped mainly as an extra alongside professional deep cleaning, not on their own, and the clearest results came from lozenges with two named L. reuteri strains, DSM 17938 and ATCC PTA 5289. ProDentim contains L. reuteri but does not name its strain, and the tablet has never been tested itself. So if your gums bleed, see the dentist first; if you then want to add a probiotic, tell your dentist, who can check at your next visit whether your gums have improved.
For teeth the picture is simpler. No probiotic can repair a cavity, the evidence that probiotics prevent decay is insufficient, and the malic acid the sales page credits for whiter teeth is not on the label. Fluoride toothpaste, fewer sugary snacks and drinks, and regular check-ups do that work. Sensitive teeth deserve a dental check too, because sensitivity can be a sign of decay or receding gums. Our gum disease guide goes into more depth.
👍 It may suit you if…
- You already brush with fluoride toothpaste and clean between your teeth, and want to try an oral probiotic for fresher breath.
- You are happy with a modest, possibly short-term effect.
- You can judge it within the 60-day refund window.
⚠️ Skip it, or ask first, if…
- You have bleeding, swollen or receding gums, loose teeth or tooth pain: see a dentist first. A probiotic will not treat gum disease or cavities.
- You have a weakened immune system or a serious illness, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take regular medicines: ask your doctor.
- You want whiter teeth or tartar removed: it does neither.
Before you buy
Only online, at prodentim.com (which forwards to prodentim101.com), with ClickBank processing the order. Many look-alike sites call themselves the “official website”; this page is not one of them, and neither is any listing on Amazon or eBay, which the seller does not allow.
You pay on a ClickBank checkout page. Further offers may appear after you pay; you can decline them. The charge on your card shows as CLKBANK*COM with an order number rather than the product name, and the confirmation email comes from noreply@clickbank.com.
There is no single bottle. Two bottles cost $158 plus $9.99 shipping; three cost $207 and six cost $294, with free US shipping. The discounts are just these bundle prices: figures like “Save $780” compare the six-bottle price with a crossed-out $1,074.
60 days from delivery. Email support with “Refund Request” in the subject line and send every bottle back to Tallmadge, Ohio, at your own cost. If you are unsure, start with two bottles.
Questions people ask about ProDentim
Is this the official ProDentim website?
No. This is an independent guide by Health and Wellness Studies. ProDentim’s own site is prodentim.com, which forwards to prodentim101.com, and orders go through ClickBank.
Does ProDentim work?
It has never been tested itself. Oral probiotics modestly reduced bad breath in short trials; for gingivitis the evidence is weak and for cavities it is insufficient.
How long does ProDentim take to work?
Nobody knows, because the tablet has never been tested. In trials of other oral probiotics for bad breath, most of the improvement appeared within the first four weeks. Judge it well inside the 60-day refund window.
Can ProDentim fix bleeding gums or cavities?
No study shows that. Bleeding gums usually improve with brushing, cleaning between the teeth and a professional clean, and cavities need a dentist. Fluoride toothpaste has the best evidence for preventing decay.
Does ProDentim whiten teeth?
No evidence says so. The sales page credits malic acid for whiter teeth, but malic acid is not on the label.
Should I chew ProDentim or let it dissolve?
The label says to let one tablet dissolve completely in your mouth, once or up to twice a day, ideally after brushing; the sales page says to chew one slowly each morning. Letting it dissolve keeps it in the mouth for longer.
How much does ProDentim cost?
Two bottles cost $158 plus $9.99 shipping, three cost $207 and six cost $294, with free US shipping. At one tablet a day that is about $2.80, $2.30 or $1.63 a day. It is a one-time payment.
Can I buy just one bottle?
No. The smallest order is two bottles for $158 plus $9.99 shipping.
Is ProDentim a subscription?
No, it is a one-time payment. Further offers may appear after checkout; you can decline them.
Is ProDentim sold on Amazon or Walmart?
The seller sells it only through its own website, and its terms do not allow resale on Amazon, eBay or other retail sites. A marketplace bottle does not come from the seller, is not covered by the refund, and you cannot tell how its live bacteria were stored.
How long does shipping take?
US orders take 5 to 7 working days. Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand cost $15.95 and take 10 to 15 working days, according to the seller’s shipping page. A tracking email should arrive within 60 hours of the order.
What will the charge look like on my statement?
ClickBank processes the payment, so the charge shows as CLKBANK*COM with an order number rather than the product name. The confirmation email comes from noreply@clickbank.com.
Is ProDentim safe?
Probiotics are usually well tolerated in healthy people, though mild gas or bloating can occur. Ask a doctor first if you have a weakened immune system, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medicines.
How does the ProDentim refund work?
You have 60 days from delivery. Email support with “Refund Request” in the subject line, then send every bottle back to the warehouse in Tallmadge, Ohio, at your own cost. ClickBank’s order support at clkbank.com can also help.
Can I return opened or empty bottles?
Yes. The refund page asks for every bottle back, opened or not and empty or not, together with the packing slip, within 60 days of delivery. You pay the return postage.
